A: We offer a lifetime warranty against structural defects from normal use. If a board ever breaks or fails, just tell us which piece is damaged and we’ll send you a replacement board — no hassle.

A: Yes! If you need a custom size or different layout, just contact us with your request — we’re happy to create something that fits your space.

A: We accept returns within 21 days of delivery on standard, non-custom orders — as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
Please note: Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return, since they’re made specifically to your requested size or layout.
